Services & Pricing
What I do, and what it costs.
Price bands are published on purpose — they're here to help you self-qualify before we ever get on a call. Every engagement gets a written, scoped quote before work starts.
Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
Finance & Operations specifically — not Business Central, not the CE/CRM apps. Background spans food and discrete manufacturing plus retail/grocery operations run through core supply chain modules, including a full AX 2009 → AX 2012 R3 upgrade and a WMS implementation.
Module implementation & configuration
Finance, Supply Chain Management, or Manufacturing — legal entity setup, chart of accounts, security roles, workspace configuration, and go-live support.
Configuration-only customization
Business rules, workspace personalization, and Power Automate flows — the lighter-weight option when logic doesn’t need a code-level extension.
Data migration into F&O
From SAP, NetSuite, Sage, Dynamics AX/GP, or spreadsheets — extraction, mapping, cleansing, and load through the Data Management Framework.
Power Platform build-out
Power Apps model-driven apps and Power BI dashboards embedded against F&O data, plus Power Automate approval chains.
Third-party integrations
Connecting F&O to banking, tax engines, EDI, or e-commerce platforms via API, Azure Logic Apps, or webhook relays.
System health check & roadmap
A short, paid audit of an org already live on F&O — data quality, unused licenses, security gaps, technical debt — ending in a prioritized fix list.
Admin & support retainer
Ongoing user management, minor config changes, and troubleshooting for an org that's live and stable.
Custom X++ development
Extensions, custom tables, forms, and classes; batch jobs and business logic beyond what configuration or Power Platform can reach.
Rescue & stabilization
For a go-live that hasn't stabilized or an implementation that's fallen short — diagnose what's actually broken and fix it, rather than layering more scope on an unstable foundation.
BI & Data Engineering
One of the strongest things I bring to the table — full ownership from raw data to a pipeline that runs itself, to a report someone actually reads, through to a machine learning model when the question calls for prediction rather than a dashboard.
End-to-end ETL pipeline
Extraction, transformation, and load — Python, SQL, or Airflow — moving data from your operational systems into a warehouse on a schedule, not a one-time script.
Warehouse setup
Snowflake, BigQuery, or Azure Synapse — schema design, ingestion, and an initial modeling layer.
BI dashboards & reporting
Power BI or Tableau — a defined set of reports and dashboards against your data, with a stakeholder review pass so people actually use them.
Data cleaning & one-off migration
Deduplication, standardization, and transfer projects.
Machine learning models
Forecasting, classification, or anomaly detection — trained on your data and wired into your existing reporting or application.
AI Adoption & Local AI
Practical AI adoption, not hype — figuring out where it actually helps, then setting up and training systems that run on your own infrastructure, so sensitive data never has to leave your environment to use it.
AI adoption strategy & roadmap
An honest assessment of where AI can actually help your operation — and where it's not worth the investment yet — ending in a prioritized, practical roadmap.
Local AI server setup
Self-hosted AI infrastructure on your own hardware or private cloud, so sensitive data never has to leave your environment to use it.
Model fine-tuning & training
Customizing an existing model on your own data and terminology, so it understands your business instead of giving generic answers.
AI integration into existing workflows
Wiring AI capabilities — document processing, summarization, chat interfaces — into your existing systems, F&O, or custom applications.
Ongoing AI support & tuning
Monitoring, updates, and continued tuning for AI systems already in production.
Microsoft Azure
Resource management, Logic Apps, and VMs — sells on its own to any client running infrastructure, and it's also what underwrites the integration work above and the hosting for the applications below.
Environment setup & governance
Resource groups, networking, RBAC and access policy, and cost management for a new or disorganized Azure tenant.
Logic Apps & workflow automation
Automations connecting business systems together, without a person in the middle moving data by hand.
VM & infrastructure management
Ongoing provisioning, patching, monitoring, and cost optimization for a client's VM fleet or hosting environment.
Custom Application Development
Purpose-built software — doesn't require a Dynamics engagement attached. If you need an internal tool, a client portal, or a workflow system that doesn't exist off the shelf, this is that.
Custom business application
An internal tool, client portal, or workflow system — built from the data model through deployment, owned end-to-end.
Feature development & maintenance
Ongoing feature work, bug fixes, and small enhancements for an app you've already shipped or inherited.
API development & integration
Custom APIs connecting your app to payment processors, Dynamics, or other third-party systems.
Advisory
Lower-effort, higher-leverage work that trades on judgment rather than build hours.
Process automation consulting
A scoped plan for what to automate first, and with what tools, built from a map of your actual manual workflows.
ERP selection advisory
Independent platform comparison and vendor shortlist for a business choosing between Dynamics 365 F&O, NetSuite, SAP, or Sage Intacct.
Fractional data/systems lead
A standing weekly or biweekly block for a business that needs senior judgment but can't hire full-time.
